AUSTRALIA’s premier and FIBA-endorsed 3X3 entrepreneur, CLB3X3, has received a massive boost, securing PEAK Sport Australia as its apparel and footwear partner for the next three years.
“Peak Sport Australia have come on board with a three-year deal, and we could not be happier. After months of negotiation we know we have aligned with the right brand for 3X3,” CLB founder and general manager Matt Hollard said.
PEAK already has strong global recognition within the 3X3 market via the FIBA World Challenger Series, and locally as the official apparel partner for Basketball Australia’s Boomers and Opals.
“PEAK has been the official apparel supplier to Basketball Australia for over 11 years,” PEAK general manager Greg Bickley said.
“We are proud to have the Boomers and Opals wearing our gear, and we are now very excited to be working with Matt Hollard and his team at CLB.”
The deal sees PEAK not only supplying uniforms, travel gear and off-court apparel for CLB teams, staff, officials and competitors, but also a range of supporter wear.
“We see this as a great opportunity to capitalise on the growing popularity of 3×3 worldwide, and give people access to a high-quality range of supporter wear and merchandise,” Bickley said.
“Matt and his team have worked extremely hard over a long period of time to deliver quality events around Australia, and we look forward to working with them for many years to come.”
CLB and Peak Sport Australia will focus heavily on increasing basketball participation for 3×3 at their upcoming events on the Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast throughout October.
It will showcase their new Peak-CLB3X3 Operations and Apparel marquees, housing all the apparel, footwear, other merchandise and event operations.

There are more than 20 events and festivals scheduled around the country between now and the CLB3X3 Finals in Melbourne throughout March.
“With 3×3 now an Olympic event, the time is right for PEAK to partner with Champions League Basketball, who are focused on growing the world of 3×3 in Australia, increasing basketball participation and seeing that the FIBA model is being utilised correctly and to its full potential,” Hollard said.
